Amidst a period of global turmoil, the influence of the Nazis steadily expanded across Europe and the Middle East. Whispers of clandestine excavations, mysterious artifacts, eerie murmurs, and chilling occult rituals permeated the air. It falls upon you to assemble a fearless group of adventurers to venture into the desert, exploring North Africa’s bunkers and temples in a quest for hidden treasures and secrets before they fall into the hands of the Nazi forces.
The Pathway is a turn-based strategy game designed to offer players swift and accessible squad skirmishes in the setting of early twentieth-century pulp adventures. Move strategically to shield yourself, outmaneuver enemies, and leverage your team’s special abilities to shift the tide in your favor!
Your team will traverse a randomly generated map, encountering a series of short stories in a “choose your own adventure” format on their way to the mission’s objective. Successfully completing a mission involves managing the risks encountered during these encounters, bearing in mind that missions can be restarted at any time, each restart presenting a new set of events.
